Brief
Goals for the evening, who is attending, budget, what leadership expects. Without this conversation, any quote is guesswork.
Concept and venue
Running order, timings, venue shortlist and budget. We show two or three options at different price points.
Production
Contracts with the venue and suppliers, performers, décor, equipment, logistics. You get status updates, not a list of problems.
The event
Our team is on site from set-up. A coordinator keeps to the timings and solves issues before your guests notice them.
Debrief
Afterwards we go over what worked. By next December, that saves weeks.

Kids’ zone and personal greetings
Two requests that bring clients back to us most often. A kids’ zone means your people don’t have to choose between the company party and their family: children are close by, busy and supervised, with one entertainer for every eight kids.
Personal greetings work for adults too: a character addresses a colleague by name and mentions the project they pulled off this year. It costs less than a corporate gift, and people are still retelling it in spring.
The character is chosen to suit your format: Santa Claus, Ded Moroz and Snegurochka, a polar bear, an elf, or a mascot in your brand colours. Greetings are prepared in English, Russian or Greek. If a lot of children are coming, it is worth looking at a separate kids’ Christmas party.

What clients ask most often before booking
For the second half of December — by the end of October. Good venues in Limassol and Nicosia are booked from September, and so are popular performers and hosts. There is still a choice in November, but it is noticeably narrower and prices are higher. If your date is flexible, weekdays and the first half of December cost less than peak weekends. The budget is built from the venue, number of guests, programme, décor and production. The range is wide: dinner for twenty in a restaurant and a gala for three hundred in a hotel are different orders of magnitude. We don’t publish a price list, because an honest figure comes after a ten-minute conversation about the details, not before it. Yes: Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca and Ayia Napa. For venues outside Limassol we budget for team and equipment logistics — it shows in the quote, but it is never an obstacle.
Yes, and in December those requests are common. Off-site venues come with their own considerations: catering, power supply and a bad-weather backup. We plan for them in advance rather than improvising on the day. See the options in our venue guide.
