A kids’ Christmas party is not an entertainer for an hour. It is a story the children take part in, a character who knows their names, and a present handed over in a way that makes the moment stick. We put the whole party together: programme, décor, equipment and characters.

Kids’ Christmas and New Year party
What parents and organisers ask
From two, but a programme for toddlers is built differently: shorter, quieter, with no loud effects and with parents close by. From four, children follow the whole story from start to finish. If ages are mixed, we split the group and run two tracks in parallel. That is the job of our entertainers.
The Christmas character speaks to the child by name, mentions what they have been up to this year and names the present they are hoping for. Parents fill in a short form in advance. The difference from a general greeting is obvious straight away: the child knows it is about them, not about everyone. Choose a character from our character collection.
Between one and a half and three hours, depending on age and format. An hour and a half is the practical minimum for toddlers — they can’t manage longer. For school-age children, three hours with a workshop and a disco fly by.
Yes, it is one of our most popular formats. We need a room of about 4×4 metres for the active part and a power socket. We bring costumes, props, sound and décor, set everything up before the children arrive and take it away afterwards. Party styling and décor can also be booked separately.
Up to sixty. With a group of more than twenty we add entertainers and split the programme into stations, otherwise some children drop out of the action. For nursery and school parties we agree the format with the teachers. If the party is part of an adult event, that is a corporate New Year party with a kids’ zone.
English, Russian and Greek. For mixed groups we run the party in two languages — it is normal in Cyprus, and children switch more easily than adults expect.
Hosting, characters, props, décor and the technical side. Photo and video, the cake and extra shows are priced separately — just as in our kids’ party packages. We give an exact quote once we have talked through the venue and number of children.
December weekends go first, and close to the 25th there are almost no free slots left. If the date matters, book in October or November. Weekdays and the first half of December are easier to get and cost less.
That is normal and expected. Our entertainers never pull children into the centre: first they let them settle in, then draw them in through watching and small tasks. By the middle of the programme, usually only one or two are still holding back.
