Wedding coordination in Cyprus
Full planning starts with the concept and the venue search. Coordination starts when everything is chosen: we run the last month and the day itself. If something turns out to be missing along the way, we add only that.
Usually a month before the wedding: that is enough to build the timeline and confirm everyone. If your wedding is closer than that, write to us; we will look at the scope and tell you honestly what can be done.
We quote from your brief. The cost depends on the number of guests, venues and suppliers to coordinate, and on whether you need a rehearsal. Send us the date and a list of what you already have.
Yes. The coordinator’s job is not to replace them but to bring them into one plan and stay in touch with them on the day. If someone drops out, we suggest a replacement from people we have worked with.
The brief and the status updates happen over video calls; on the wedding day our coordinator is at the venue. We speak English, Russian and Greek, so guests from different countries are never left without an answer.
